Albany is a charming coastal city in Western Australia with rich whaling, convict and settler history located just five hours drive from Perth. Home to the first European settlers in Western Australia, many colonial buildings remain as museums, art galleries and restaurants.

You can visit the whaling station museum to learn more about Albany’s whaling industry and even take a cruise allowing you to see the whales up close! Activities such as snorkelling, abseiling, kayaking, fishing, horse riding, camping, swimming and more are all just minutes away.
